Everything we sell will have been thoroughly looked over, tried and tested, making sure that the item will come to you in excellent working condition. No excuses from us. If it doesn’t pass our stringent testing, you won’t find it in our inventory.

And if, by some slim chance, there is a problem when you receive your purchase or you’re not happy with something about it, just let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to get that guitar or amp and have it not work right. We’ve been there. So it’s important to us that you be happy with your purchase and enjoy it for a long time.
